As a meeting host, you will help drive the meeting to the start and end. Here is the work flow list.

  1. Before the meeting
    1. Log in to Zoom
    2. Start the meeting
    3. Allow people to join the meeting
    4. Allow people to share screen
  2. During the meeting
    1. Welcome guests and introduce Toastmaster of the Day
    2. Record prepared speeches and evaluations
    3. Mute unexpected noises if necessary
  3. Around the end of the meeting
    1. Invite guests to share comments
    2. Introduce agenda scheduling session
    3. Introduce AAR (after meeting review)
  4. When you are free
    1. Upload the video to Notion
    2. Let people know the videos are ready

Before the Meeting

Log in to Zoom

Log in to Zoom with [email protected].

  1. Chaofeng can share the password privately with you.
  2. The host name has been set to “SFMET Host”. If you would like to have your name on it, you can update it at https://us02web.zoom.us/profile?from=client.

Start the meeting

On the Zoom panel, switch to “Meeting” tab and start the meeting titled “SFMET Weekly Meeting” (Meeting ID: 793 6413 8363)

Allow people to join the meeting

You will see these tabs once you are in the meeting:

Open up the “Participants” tab, you will see people in the waiting list and people who are already in the meeting. Click “Admit” to allow people to join.
